It can feel exhausting to carry anxiety, self-doubt, or body struggles day after day. Maybe you catch yourself replaying conversations at night, criticizing your body in the mirror, or worrying you’ll never feel “good enough.” Or perhaps old experiences keep resurfacing, leaving you stuck in patterns you’re desperate to break.
Julia creates a space where you don’t have to hold it all by yourself. In sessions with her, you’ll feel heard, respected, and supported as you begin untangling the weight you’ve been carrying.
Finding Relief and Building Confidence in Therapy
Julia believes therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you reconnect with who you are beneath the stress, shame, and self-doubt. She knows you’re the expert on your own life, and she works alongside you to explore what healing looks like for you.
Her style is warm, approachable, and infused with authenticity (and sometimes a little humor, because healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy). Drawing on tools like CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, she helps clients:
Turn down the volume on the inner critic
Build a kinder, more trusting relationship with themselves
Heal from trauma and difficult past experiences
Navigate big life transitions without losing their sense of self
Create healthier, more fulfilling connections
Find freedom from food and body struggles
Clients often say that Julia makes them feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. Her compassion and curiosity create a foundation where growth feels possible, even when it once felt out of reach.
She understands how intimidating it can be to start therapy, and she’ll meet you exactly where you are.
