Leslie Lewis, LMSW Therapist
Anxiety • Addiction • Eating Disorders • Trauma • Self-Esteem • Body Image • Relationship Stress
Do you ever feel like anxiety, self-doubt, or old coping habits are running the show? Maybe you’ve tried to manage it all on your own, turning to perfectionism, substances, or constant busyness to get through the day, only to find yourself feeling stuck, isolated, or burned out. It’s exhausting to carry so much without support.
Leslie knows how overwhelming it can feel because she’s walked her own path of healing. With over 15 years of sobriety and personal experience navigating mental health challenges, she brings deep empathy and authenticity into her work. Her goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and where change feels possible.
Finding Resilience and Reconnection in Therapy
Leslie works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, low self-esteem, trauma, and relationship stress. She blends clinical expertise with lived experience, helping clients see that healing doesn’t have to mean perfection. It means finding strength, balance, and connection in daily life.
Drawing from DBT skills, CBT, mindfulness, and a strengths-based perspective, Leslie helps clients:
Reduce anxiety and find calm in the present moment
Heal from disordered eating and body image struggles through weight-inclusive care
Break free from addictive patterns and build sustainable recovery
Navigate trauma and old wounds with compassion and courage
Build confidence, self-trust, and healthier relationships
Integrate mindfulness practices into daily routines—whether through meditation or simply noticing small moments of joy
Clients describe Leslie as warm, approachable, and deeply grounded. Her lived experience allows her to sit with clients in their hardest moments without judgment, while her clinical training provides tools and strategies for moving forward.
