Recovery Supper Club is a monthly event for adults in stable recovery from eating disorders and chronic dieting.

We understand that recovery can be a long and often isolating journey. While most treatment programs conclude around the time of weight restoration, the true emotional and psychological work often begins afterward. Navigating a world steeped in diet culture and disordered eating can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. This space is designed to support you, providing connection, community, and a judgment-free environment where you can stay true to your recovery values.

If you’ve been through an eating disorder recovery program and are looking to have a meal with people who get it, or if you’ve always had a good relationship with food and are looking for a like-minded community, Recovery Supper Club is for you!

The Story Behind Recovery Supper Club & Your Hosts

Recovery Supper Club was born out of a real need for safe, supportive dining experiences. One of Lily’s clients expressed frustration with family and friends constantly making negative comments about food and body image while she was coming out of treatment. She felt isolated and struggled to find a safe place to enjoy meals without triggering conversations.

One of the hardest parts of leaving treatment is losing the built-in support system of people who share the same recovery goals. Recovery Supper Club was created to bridge that gap—bringing together individuals who have been through treatment or are actively working on their recovery. This group provides a much-needed in-person space for support, connection, and shared experiences.
