Recovery Supper Club is a monthly event for adults in stable recovery from eating disorders and chronic dieting.

We know recovery can be a long, isolating process. Most treatment programs end at or shortly after weight restoration and that is often when the real emotional, psychological work begins. We know how hard it can be to stay connected to your values in a world full of disordered eating.

If you’ve been through an eating disorder recovery program and are looking to have a meal with people who get it, or if you’ve always had a good relationship with food and are looking for a like-minded community, Recovery Supper Club is for you!

Join us for a special evening of food, community, and connections!

Recovery Supper Club

  • Hosted by three eating disorder recovery clinicians: Lily Thrope LCSW, Chelsea Levy MS, RD, CDN, and Caitie Corradino, MS, RDN, CDN, RYT, cPT.

  • A space free of diet talk: Our goal is to create an environment where you can feel comfortable and supported without the constant noise of diet culture. The group is a space to connect around more interesting topics that are within your interests and values.

  • A destination to make friends and find community in recovery in NYC: Connect with like-minded individuals and build lasting friendships.

Upcoming Events:

  • Adults (ages 18+) - December 12th at 6:30pm at Tacombi
