Olivia Lombardo, MHC-LP Therapist
Anxiety • OCD • Eating Disorders • Trauma • Self-Esteem • Body Image • Relationship Stress
Do you ever feel like your relationship with food, your body, or your emotions has quietly taken over more of your life than you ever intended? Maybe you have spent years managing it alone, turning to restriction, rigid rules, or old coping habits to feel some sense of control, only to find yourself exhausted, disconnected, or wondering if things can actually be different.
Olivia knows how heavy that can feel. She brings both specialized clinical training and genuine compassion to her work with clients navigating eating disorders, body image, and the emotions that often live underneath both.
With experience at The Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders, one of the country's leading eating disorder treatment programs, Olivia has worked with adolescents and adults across a wide range of presentations and levels of care. She specializes in eating disorders, body image, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and brings a relational, trauma-informed approach to every session.
Her goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen rather than assessed, where the work moves at a pace that feels safe, and where healing feels possible rather than out of reach.
Olivia sees clients in person at Thrope Therapy's Midtown Manhattan office and virtually across New York.
Finding Resilience and Reconnection in Therapy
Olivia works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, low self-esteem, trauma, and ADHD. She blends clinical expertise with lived experience, helping clients see that healing doesn’t have to mean perfection. It means finding strength, balance, and connection in daily life.

Reduce anxiety and find calm in the present moment
Heal from disordered eating and body image struggles through weight-inclusive care
Break free from addictive patterns and build sustainable recovery
Navigate trauma and old wounds with compassion and courage
Build confidence, self-trust, and healthier relationships
Integrate mindfulness practices into daily routines—whether through meditation or simply noticing small moments of joy
Clients describe Olivia as warm, approachable, and deeply grounded. Her lived experience allows her to sit with clients in their hardest moments without judgment, while her clinical training provides tools and strategies for moving forward.
